The Corporation of the Town of Perth has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit statements of qualifications, proposed approach and pricing from consultants capable of providing Sidewalk Inspection and Repair Services.
will be delivered in a sealed envelope to the office of the Director of Environmental Services up to 11:00 am (local time), April 28, 2025. Consideration will be given only to Proposals from firms that are experienced in the class of work, fully insured, and that can refer to projects of similar magnitude and character that have been completed.
Tenders for the 2025 Capital Works Project "Craig Street Reconstruction”. Craig Street reconstruction works consist of the reconstruction of approximately 495 m of local residential road, replacement of cast iron watermain, VCT and asbestos cement sanitary sewer, replacement of storm sewer, and the placement of storm sewer along remaining roadway to fully segregate the storm and sanitary sewers. Subject to approval by the Town, the initial contract term under consideration is for a period of three (3) years (2025-2027). Subsequent years beyond 2025 may include growth of the sidewalk inventory that requires assessment.
