Request for Proposals - AD-2026-01 - Sale of 18 Wilson Street East

The Corporation of the Town of Perth is seeking submissions for the sale of 18 Wilson Street East, Perth, Ontario, K7H 1L2, as per the attached drawings.

Email responses for this Request for Proposal will be accepted. Emails are to be sent to cao@perth.ca with the price appendix submitted as a separate file.

Manual submissions must be provided in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the return address label (attached), and will be received at the front counter at the Perth Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth, Ontario, K7H 1H9.

All submission must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Local Time - Thursday, September 3, 2026.
