NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION: The County of Lanark is undertaking two major studies that will impact long term land use planning within the County. The related reports are currently available in a draft form for review and comment.
TAKE NOTICE that an Open House will be held on Jan. 29, 2025, and a Public Meeting will be held on Feb. 4, 2025, in order to consider the following:
Official Plan Amendment (OPA 18), a Town initiated amendment to update the Town of Perth Official Plan under Sections 17 and 26 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended to be consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2024).
A collaboration of Lanark County community partners is inviting parents, guardians, and caregivers to a special community meeting aimed at providing support and resources in the wake of recent events. This meeting will take place on Monday, December 2, at 7 p.m. at the Perth Legion, 26 Beckwith St. E, Perth, with an option to attend virtually via Zoom.
