Meeting Details Pertaining to Second Case Management Conference Regarding Proposed Subdivision

The forthcoming Case Management Conference (CMC) about the appeal submitted by Perthmore Enterprises Inc. (Case Number OLT-24000210) will be held on Wednesday, June 19 at 10 a.m. During the CMC, the Draft Procedural Order and Issues List will be considered.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the Case Management Conference and can join the virtual meeting. All attendees are asked to join at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections.

The Town will continue to provide information to the public relating to this OLT hearing as it becomes available, through the Town's website and social media accounts. As the matter is now one of a legal capacity, Town staff and Council are not able to provide comment on the case.
