Public Notice of the Intent to Adopt Building By-law #5145 to Include Updated Building Fees
Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Perth will consider a by-law to amend and update the fees for the Development Services Department (Building Fees) at the Regular Committee of the Whole Meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025.
Purpose of the Amendment: The proposed by-law amendment will include the removal, addition, and amendment to both the fee structure and fees as per the attached.
Committee of the Whole Meeting Details:
Where: The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth. The location is accessible by elevator. The meeting will also be live-streamed on the Town’s Facebook page.
When: Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.
