Revised Public Notice of the Intent to Sell Municipal Surplus Land at 63 Halton Street for the Development of Affordable Housing - Change of Meeting Date
In accordance with the Town of Perth Municipal Land Sale By-law No. 4549 as amended, notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Perth will consider a by-law to authorize the sale of surplus municipal land at 63 Halton Street to Carebridge Community Support for the development of affordable housing, at the Regular Council meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.
Meeting Details
The Council meeting will be held in Council Chambers, Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, Perth, on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., and live streamed via the Town’s Facebook page for the public. Electronic participation is also available via Zoom.
