Second Case Management Conference Regarding Proposed Subdivision to Take Place on Wednesday, June 19

The Case Management Conference (CMC) about the appeal submitted by Perthmore Enterprises Inc. (Case Number OLT-24000210) was held on Monday, May 6. Representatives for the Town of Perth, Lanark County, and Perthmore attended the virtual session.

During the CMC, it was agreed by all parties to award three individuals with participant status. It was also noted by the counsel for the applicant that they are continuing to work through draft conditions for planning approval, and have a series of meetings with the Town of Perth and Lanark County over the coming weeks to continue working towards narrowing the issues list.

A second CMC will take place on Wednesday, June 19 at 10 a.m. During the CMC, the Draft Procedural Order and Issues List will be considered. Members of the public are welcome to attend and can join the virtual meeting. The meeting link will be provided as information becomes available.

The Town will continue to provide information to the public relating to this OLT hearing as it becomes available, through the Town's website and social media. As the matter is now one of a legal capacity, Town staff and Council are not able to provide comment on the case.
