Financial Information Return

The annual Financial Information Return (FIR) is the main tool used by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to gather financial and statistical data from municipalities. The FIR consists of several schedules, which are updated yearly to meet legislative and reporting requirements.

Public Sector Salary Disclosure

Under the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996, the Town of Perth is required to publicly disclose, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries, and total taxable benefits of employees who earned $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.
