Widely considered the crown jewel of Perth, Stewart Park offers a stunning natural setting for weddings and events. With rock wall gardens, towering maple trees, and tranquil spots for intimate ceremonies, the park provides a scenic open space with breathtaking views of the Tay River. Spanning 5.24 acres behind the historic Town Hall, Stewart Park is divided into three beautifully connected sections, linked by quaint pedestrian bridges and bordered by the majestic Millennium Gates and Perennial Gardens.

The park is available for weddings and events from May to October, with up to three weddings accommodated per day based on location, size, and conditions. Five unique areas can be reserved:

• Perennial Gardens: Featuring stone steps, rock wall gardens, and a picturesque pergola
• Millennium Gates: Highlighted by antique wrought iron near Mill Street
• Code Park: Steps away from Code's Mill, featuring the Big Ben statue
• Front Area: Behind Town Hall with mature maple trees and the Bandshell
• The Bandshell: This covered area is available for bookings year-round
• Market Square: Available year-round, road closure permit required

Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, Stewart Park offers a memorable backdrop for any occasion.

Nestled along the Tay River just off Mill Street, Terrace on the Tay offers a picturesque, unconventional setting for weddings and events. This venue features the historic Dry Stone Bridge, a kitchen and washroom facility with a wrap-around deck, and an outdoor cobblestone terrace (approx. 2,000 sq. ft.) with amphitheatre-style seating, and a 20’x30’ tent.

The venue can be licensed by the renter, or the kitchen used solely for catering services. While limited parking is available on-site, guests can easily park at the nearby Basin Parking Lot, just a 30-metre walk away.

Terrace on the Tay is fully accessible, with a ramp from the street to the river, multiple accessible washrooms, and electrical outlets throughout the space. Tables and folding chairs are also available upon request. Offering a unique blend of charm and history, this scenic venue is perfect for an unforgettable event with a summery, nostalgic vibe—just a short stroll from Stewart Park in Downtown Heritage Perth.

The Perth & District Indoor Pool offers flexible rental options year-round, perfect for birthday parties, special events, and private gatherings.

• Multi-Purpose Room: With a maximum occupancy of 50, this room is available for hourly rentals during designated hours Monday through Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Private Pool Rental: Host a private swim session with exclusive access to the pool for up to 25 guests. Available on Saturdays and Sundays.
