Christmas tree collection begins Monday, Jan. 13 at 7 a.m. Remove all decorations and place trees curbside by Monday morning (pick ups will take place throughout the week). Residents that wish to dispose of Christmas trees before or after this date can take them to the Perth Landfill free of charge (proof of residency will be required).

TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 as amended, the Council of the Town of Perth passed By-law No. 3358-132 on the 16th day of April, 2024 to amend Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 3358, as it pertains to lands described as Part of Lot 2, Concession 2, in the Town of Perth.
TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 as amended, the Council of the Town of Perth passed By-law No. 3358-131 on the 16th day of April, 2024 to amend Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 3358, as it pertains to lands described as Part of Lot 2, Concession 2, in the Town of Perth.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Perth passed By-law 3304-17 on the 30th day of January, 2024 to adopt Official Plan Amendment No.17 to the Official Plan for the Town Perth pursuant to Sections 21 and 22 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended; and will be seeking approval of the amendment by submission to Lanark County, which is the approval authority.
The Town of Perth has recently received notice that Perthmore Enterprises Inc. has submitted an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) regarding the Zoning By-law Amendment. A virtual Case Management Conference (CMC) has been scheduled by the OLT for Monday, May 6, 2024, at 10 a.m (Case Number OLT-24-000210).

Notice is hereby given that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Perth intends to adopt a new Meetings Procedure By-law at the Regular Committee of the Whole meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 5:30 PM.
The second Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) Case Management Conference (CMC) about the appeal submitted by CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited (Case Number OLT-23-000534) will be taking place on Monday, Feb. 12, 2024 at 10 a.m.
