The Town of Perth is thrilled to have been awarded a substantial grant of $2,952,850 from the Housing-Enabling Water Systems Fund (HEWSF) through the Ministry of Infrastructure. The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) has granted a request to adjourn the merit hearing pertaining to the appeal submitted by CAIVAN (Perth GC) Limited (Case Number OLT-23000534). Initially scheduled to take place from Monday, Feb. 10 to Friday, Feb. 25, 2025, the hearing will be replaced by a Tribunal-led mediation, as requested by CAIVAN and agreed to by all parties.
